About Simon

Built from experience.

I didn't build The Gentle Knight because I had it figured out. I built it because I spent a long time looking for something that spoke honestly to the experience of being a man — and kept coming up empty.

What I found were two extremes: aggressive content about dominance and control, or wellness advice that didn't quite fit. I wanted something grounded. Something that didn't ask me to perform strength — but to actually build it.
